Individual Therapy

I use a relational, gentle, collaborative and non-judgmental approach in our work together. Therapy is individualized to address your goals. I draw from evidence-based treatments including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness practices. 

I trained with Generative Somatics since 2010 for a number of years. Somatics looks at how trauma lives and can heal in the body, both individually and collectively. I am not currently practicing Somatics, but do draw knowledge from this training in the work that I do. I would be happy to discuss this further if you have questions (www.generativesomatics,com)

I am trained in EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing through www.EMDRIA.com which is an evidenced based treatment used to treat trauma, and decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression, and help address negative thoughts about yourself that have been themes throughout your life. 

I am a member of ICISF (International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, and have been trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and feel that this work is so powerful in decreasing PTSD from developing and decreasing overall suffering after traumatic events. Clinical Supervision

I deeply believe in mentorship and that good supervision is so important in the process of figuring out who you are as a clinician, what you bring and what you have to offer in partnership with the people you will be working with. 

I currently offer individual supervision, and if there is interest expressed may in the future hold group clinical supervision at a lower hourly rate. Please inquire or connect with me if this is of interest to you. 

Fees

Individual Therapy: $165 for 50 mins

Initial Intake: $200 for 50 mins

Individual Therapy: $250 for 90 mins 

Clinical Supervision: $165 per 60 mins

I am currently accepting Premera and Lifewise insurance plans.

I am also happy to provide receipts for out-of-network reimbursement for other insurance plans, as well as FSA/HSA.  Please contact your insurance company to determine if you have met your deductible, and whether or not you have coverage for providers who are out of your insurance network.

I have limited sliding scale availability from starting from $100, contact me for more information.

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted.

Balances not paid at time of service will be invoiced within one week after service.
