Alanna Martin, LICSW

Welcome! Considering therapy is a big step in your healing journey, and in living a bigger and fuller life. My desire for you is to be more connected to yourself and others in a way that feels meaningful. Finding a therapist who is a good fit for you is an important part of the process.

My practice is grounded in social justice and anti-oppression values. I deeply believe our own healing is an act of liberation. I would love to walk side by side with you through your journey. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have an extensive background in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. I come to this work from doing social justice community organizing, identify as a politicized healer and am committed to helping our community be their best selves and live their biggest and fullest lives.

Contact me for a free 30 min session to see if we might be a good fit for each other!

The moment we choose love, we move against domination, against oppression. The moment we choose to love, we begin to move toward freedom, to act in ways that liberate ourselves and others.      -Bell Hooks
